ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance and Financial Services Representative for Kristi Harwood-Causley's State Farm Office, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs marketing and sales activities to meet needs of potential customers, current customers and agency.
- Provides professional service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders and general public regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage’s, policy changes, transfers, claim submission, rates, billing clarification, payment plans and making referrals for marketing opportunities as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in customer services and sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products, business lines or banking desirable.
Compensación: $33,280.00 - $55,000.00 per year
